A Tented Backyard Farm Wedding – Riley & Dan PART II – Cape Cod Wedding Planners
In PART I I told you about Riley & Dan, their amazing family and the spectacular meaning and emotion felt through their wedding day. In PART II, we’ll look through some of the photos from Long Haul Films that capture the wedding details and all the celebration!
Riley’s dress was a gorgeous vintage dress that she had customized at Alexandria’s Boutique in East Providence, RI. She paired it with a fun pair of hot pink stilettos.
After a morning sessions of yoga, she got ready at her Mother’s house surrounded by her Maids of Honor, Cousins and Aunts.
The couple used school buses to transport their guests between the hotel, church and reception. Even the bride-to-be partook in this nostalgic touch.
The ceremony was held at the quaint Congregational Church in South Dartmouth. Like everything else, it was personalized and meaningful. Riley’s Dan gave her away and Dan’s Father presided over part of the ceremony. The couple exchanged vows they had written, which induced some laughter and quite a few tears.
From there everyone hopped onto the school busses and traveled to the family farm to sip cocktails out of mason jars and enjoy a barbeque feast on antique china.
While their guests enjoyed raspberry margaritas and spiked arnold palmers, the couple was off walking through meadows looking stunning for some portrait shots.
After introductions had been made, and some BBQ ribs had been had, the couple opened up the dance floor with their first dance to Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin’”. Just like everything else, the choreographed dance did not disappoint! It was the perfect way to start a night long of celebration on the dance floor.
To say this wedding was amazing would be an understatement. Riley & Dan, their families and everyone around them are just the best kind of people. It was an honor to be a part of their wedding and I wish them a long and happy marriage. Congratulations Riley & Dan!
